Smile Pinki smiles at Oscars

The Oscar is the biggest news for cleft children. The girl born with a cleft lip, Pinki (9), once teased as 'hothkati' in her neighborhood, left for Los Angeles, on Monday, sporting a big smile for the Oscar ceremony, where she is the protagonist..
