How many more years to decide Kasab's fate?

IN A SHOCKING revelation, the Maharashtra state Home Department has said that it has spent Rs. 16.17 crore on Ajmal Kasab's accommodation that includes the construction of a special cell, special forces, safety, food and medical treatment. UP assembly passes its division resolution
